Do I need a card to start the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts when you create your workspace and needs no payment details. You only enter a card in Stripe's checkout when you decide to subscribe.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you haven't subscribed, your workspace becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view your work and export your data, but you can't add or change anything. Nothing is deleted, and your data is kept for at least 30 days. Subscribe at any time to unlock it.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

A yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. In US dollars that is a saving of Solo $30, Freelancer Pro $58, Studio $90, Agency $150, Agency Plus $240, Scale $330 per year.

Question 4

How do renewals work?

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page plus applicable tax, until you cancel. For yearly plans, we email a reminder to your billing email address before each renewal. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change, which applies from your next renewal. You receive a receipt by email for every payment.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until then, you are not charged again, and the workspace then becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and your data is kept for at least 30 days. Only the workspace owner or an admin can manage the subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on its first payment, monthly or yearly: ask within 30 days and we refund that payment in full. A renewal charge is refunded if you ask within 14 days of the charge and the workspace has not been used since it renewed. To ask, email support@ayebridge.com from your account email with your workspace name. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. A refund cancels the subscription straight away and the workspace becomes read-only; nothing is deleted. Your statutory rights are not affected. Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Workspace owners and admins can upgrade or downgrade from the billing page. Upgrades and downgrades apply straight away. An upgrade is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period, and a downgrade leaves a credit that is applied to your next invoices. If your usage is above a lower plan's limits, nothing is deleted and nothing becomes read-only: existing items stay available, and adding new ones is paused until you are back within the limits.

How are taxes handled?

Prices are shown in US dollars without tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address, and you can add a tax ID for your business.

What counts as an active client?

A client that is not archived. Archive clients you have finished working with to free up room; archived clients' data is kept.
