For freelancers

A professional client experience, even when you work alone

As a freelancer you do the work, and you are also the project manager and the person who answers "which version is the latest?". Ayebridge gives each client one private portal for progress updates, deliverables, approvals and the things you need from them, so the admin side of a project takes less of your week.

The problem

Where the time goes on a solo project

Most of the friction is not in the work itself. It is in keeping clients informed and getting clear answers back.

  • Versions spread across email

A draft goes out as an attachment, a revision goes out as a link, and a few weeks later nobody is sure which one the client last looked at.

  • Approvals buried in a reply

"Looks good" in an email is easy to lose and hard to point to later, especially when the client remembers approving a different version.

  • Waiting on content and access

Logins, copy, brand files and photos arrive in pieces, or not at all, and chasing them can take as long as the task they block.

  • Status updates that depend on memory

Clients want to know where things stand. Without a shared place to look, that turns into another round of messages and calls.

How Ayebridge helps

One portal per client, set up in minutes

Each client gets a private portal. Their contacts sign in with a one-time link sent to their email, so there is no password for them to manage.

  • Private client portals

Every client sees only their own projects, updates and deliverables. You invite their contacts by email and can open the portal yourself to check what they see.

    How client portals work
  • Deliverables with versions

Add drafts and finals to project folders. A revision becomes v2, v3 and so on, so the client always knows which version is current.

    Deliverables and versions
  • Recorded approvals

Ask for approval on a specific deliverable. The client approves or requests changes, and Ayebridge records who decided, on which version and when.

    About approvals
  • A requests checklist

List what you need from the client, such as copy, access or brand files. They reply, attach files and submit each item.

    About requests
  • An updates timeline

Post short progress notes on each project. Clients get an email and can read the whole history in one place.

    About the updates timeline
  • Your brand and your documents

On Freelancer Pro and above, add your logo and brand color to portals and share quote and invoice documents as PDFs.

    Branding options

In practice

A typical project, start to finish

Here is how a small branding or website project might run with Ayebridge.

  1. Create the client and the project

Add the client, create a project with dates and a short description, and invite your main contact by email.

  2. Ask for what you need up front

Add requests for logo files, copy and any account access. The client sees them as a checklist in the portal.

  3. Share drafts and collect feedback

Add the first draft and request approval. Comments stay attached to the approval, so feedback does not scatter across inboxes.

  4. Close the project clearly

Add the approved final version and post a closing update. The client has one place to come back to, and you have the approval record.

Common questions

Do my clients need to create an account?

No password is needed. Client contacts sign in with a one-time link sent to their email address, and they only ever see their own portal.

Can I send invoices through Ayebridge?

On Freelancer Pro and above you can create quote and invoice documents as branded PDFs and share them in the portal. Ayebridge doesn't process payments; you set each document's status yourself.

What happens if I stop using Ayebridge?

Owners and admins can export the workspace at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period, and then the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

Spend less time on project admin

Set up your first client portal and see how it feels to share one link instead of a dozen emails.

No card required. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
