Subprocessors

Last updated

The providers that help us run Ayebridge, and what each one does.

1. Current subprocessors

These are the third parties that may process personal data when Sianipar Consults LLC provides Ayebridge. Each one is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms, and each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Subprocessors used by Ayebridge

Stripe processes payment data for subscriptions; it does not receive the content of your workspace. Stripe also acts as an independent controller for some payment data, for example for fraud prevention, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Website analytics run on Vercel and are cookieless and aggregate.

2. What a subprocessor is

When you use Ayebridge, you are the controller of the data in your workspace and we are your processor (see our Data Processing Addendum). A subprocessor is a provider we use that may process that data for us, for example to host the application, store the database or files, or deliver email. Providers that never touch personal data are not listed.

3. How we announce changes

Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and email workspace Owners at least 30 days in advance. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the list last changed.

If you have a reasonable data protection objection to a new subprocessor, email privacy@ayebridge.com within that period. We will try to address it; if we cannot, you may terminate the affected subscription and receive a refund of fees prepaid for the period after termination, as set out in the DPA.

4. Questions

For questions about our subprocessors or to request a copy of the data protection terms we have with them, email privacy@ayebridge.com.
