  1. Launch

    Ayebridge launch

    The first public version of Ayebridge: client portal and project approval software for freelancers and agencies, with a 14-day free trial that needs no card.

    Workspaces and team

    • Workspaces for your business, with team members in Owner, Admin and Member roles.
    • Client permissions by role on Agency and above. See team and permissions.
    • Email and password or magic link sign-in, email verification, session management and optional two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.

    Clients and portals

    • A private portal for every client. Client contacts sign in with a one-time email link and only see their own projects. See client portals.
    • Team members can open a client's portal to check what the client sees.

    Projects, deliverables and approvals

    • Projects per client with a status, start and due dates and a short description.
    • Deliverables with folders, versions, image and PDF previews and restore of earlier versions, private to invited contacts through short-lived signed links. See deliverables and versions.
    • Approvals on deliverables or decisions, with a permanent record of who decided, on which version and when, exportable as a PDF. See approvals.
    • A requests checklist for what you need from the client, with attachments and a reminder for overdue requests, and request forms on Agency and above. See requests.

    Branding and documents

    • Your logo, accent color and a welcome message on Freelancer Pro and above, a custom portal subdomain on Studio and above and a custom domain on Agency Plus and above. See branding.
    • Quote and invoice documents as branded PDFs, shared in the portal with a status you set yourself. Ayebridge doesn't process payments. See quotes and invoices.

    Notifications, billing and data

    • Email notifications for updates, approvals, comments, requests, new files and shared documents, with per-person settings for instant, daily digest or off.
    • Six plans with monthly and yearly billing, processed by Stripe. See pricing.
    • Workspace data export for owners and admins: a ZIP archive with your files and JSON and CSV copies of projects, approvals and comments.
    • A read-only data export API on Scale only.
    • An activity log on Agency Plus and above. Audit events are recorded on every plan.
