How it works
Three steps, and the project lives in one place instead of a dozen email threads.

Add a client and invite their contacts
Create the client, add a project and invite the people you work with by email. They sign in with a one-time link, so there is no password to set up.

Keep the project in their portal
Post progress updates, add deliverables and their new versions for review, and list what you need from the client. Only their invited contacts can see it.

Get a clear decision
Clients approve or request changes on the exact version, answer requests and comment where the work is. Every decision is kept on record.
What Ayebridge doesn't do
Being clear about the edges helps you decide whether it fits.
No payment processing
Ayebridge doesn't process payments. Quotes and invoices are documents with a status you set yourself.
Not a marketplace
There is no public directory and no way for strangers to find or hire you. Portals are for clients you already work with.
No public links
Deliverables are private to the client contacts you invite, opened through signed links that expire. Nothing is published on a public page.
Questions about features
Which features are included on every plan?
Client portals, the updates timeline, deliverables with folders and versions, approvals, requests, comments and notifications are on every plan. Plans differ in seats, active clients, storage, upload size and a few extras.
Which plans include branding?
Your logo, accent color and welcome message are included on Freelancer Pro and above. Removing the “Powered by Ayebridge” line is included on Studio and above.
Does it replace my project management tool?
No. Ayebridge is the client-facing side of your work: what the client needs to see, send and approve. Your team can keep its own tools for internal tasks.
Is anything here still planned?
Everything described on these pages works today. Ideas we are considering are listed separately on the roadmap and labeled Planned.
